Extremely professional. This man knows what he is doing! Broken safe, combination not working and he was able to drill in, retrieve unharmed contents and even repair the safe back to working order. The most amazing part is they quit making this particular safe or parts 40 years ago and he was still able to repair it. He was prompt with correspondence/scheduling/arrival and waited for me to view contents first. Another locksmith tried for 5 hours and could not complete the task that Jim did in less than 30 min. Far beyond 5 stars, I was very impressed. He is fair priced but worth every penny and more.
