We just bought our home in the fall of last year, with an inground pool. Never had one before. We started using another pool company, who opened our pool this year and left a mess for me to figure out. After a month of YouTube videos and lots of wasted money, I still had a milky/cloudy mess. I finally took a sample to American Pool and they were awesome! Treated me with respect and more importantly, patience. They gave me a printout of exactly what I needed to do and sold me the chemicals needed. 3 days later I had a sparkling pool. However, my chemicals were still out of balance, so I went back and they set me up again. A different store rep, but just as courteous and patient as the previous. Thank You, we are now swimmers instead of frustrated viewers.
