The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because I liked my nails the first time I went here. That time they suggested I get dip instead of acrylic. The dip looked great and lasted 3 weeks. The second time was also good, however, a nail chipped within 5 days of getting them done. When I went back to have them fix it, The color was not recognizable and they told me it was my responsibility to remember the color I picked. Understandable, but working with their own products every single day I figured they would be able to figure it out. Nope. Went here for the first time in a while a couple weeks ago. The service was great and I was able to be helped/seated immediately upon walking in. The lady who did my Pedicure was amazing. She took her time and paid attention to detail. The massage was my favorite part. The only thing I would say is that my polish did start chipping after about 4 days. Other than that, I went in for a fill and polish change today and it was perfect!

I recently visited T & T Nails for a full set, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Firstly, the prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of service received. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the entire process. They engaged in pleasant conversation and their customer service was exceptional. Most importantly, I absolutely loved the end result of my nails.
