Very nice and professional people. Their piercer took his time and made sure everything was symmetrical and looked nice. Made sure I was comfortable and made the process go very smoothly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a piercing and will definitely be returning.

Got my boot done here and Nicole at secret locus in Radcliff did an epic job! Schedule with Nicole Jessie ironic Jessie is spelled like Toy Story’s Jessie!! She’s the best to talk with as well.. great work sweet spirit and great environment! If I could give 100 stars I would.. ???

The shop has a laid back, chill vibe. Very welcoming staff with great sense of humor. I lost my dog and was looking for a memorial peice. They were very kind but honestly lightened my mood and helped me remember the good times I had with her before she passed. The shop itself is beautiful inside and very clean. I highly recommend!
