I was impressed with the kind and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming. There was minimal wait time and my needs were met. Radcliff Urgent Care Clinic will definitely be my and my family’s “go to” for urgent care from now on.

Yes Practioner Sutton and Staff were on top of their game...Great Experience.. This is the second time I have had to visit the Radcliff Urgent Care facility and the first time they did such an excellent job I did not hesitate to go back this time for my situation.. I highly recommend the I thank you all for having a facility that's local and we can keep the business in town for the community.. Highly Highly 😊 recommended

The weather hit everyone hard but the staff was clear they were running on low staffing but would be with us as soon as possible. No one rushed once we got to a room and you could tell that they cared. Thank you for being patient, caring and having attention to the details! Alicia and NP Kyle are priceless!

Everyone was exceptional. I have been there before and my Mother has been several times. I have recommended them to several people. We have always received great care.

Receptionist is rude. Everyone else was great. I literally came to look at the reviews after getting checked in, and from the way the reviews look, your office needs a new Receptionist. I honestly felt like the way she treated me everyone else in the office was going to treat me the same. I'm glad that wasn't the case but as a first impression that's not good for a company. Just remember anyone that walks out so does their insurance and copay money. If i almost did becuase i didn't feel welcomed, how many actually have? Might want to keep that in mind.

I absolutely love this urgent care! It was my second time taking my kids and the staff were so personable and so genuinely nice! The whole staff was great including the receptionist. We specifically had Alicia and NP Kyle and both of their bedside manners were phenomenal! My daughter, who is usually dramatic prior to getting swabbed, didn't cry one bit because of the comfort Alicia provided her. I would love to tell them both, thank you sooo much! My kids were well taken care of! Their birthdays are coming up as well and they both made sure to come back to the room, even after they were done with our care, to say Happy Birthday! It’s the little things in life that go a long way!
