Baptist Health Urgent Care provides quick and efficient medical care, with friendly and professional staff who go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. The wait times are often shorter than at emergency rooms or doctor's offices, and the care received is consistently high-quality, even during busy seasons.
Great staff and much quicker than expected. Barbie was a delight to talk to and helped ensure I was in and out as quickly as possible! The complete work staff has been nothing less than wonderful. Such a caring group of people💛
I had to been seen at this location on 9/3/25. I was very sick and having trouble breathing. I was taken back almost immediately, examined and given a breathing treatment as well as a steroid injection to help ease my struggles breathing. Every person there was so kind to me ❤️
I received such great help from the staff at the front desk. I want to specifically thank Barbie, the receptionist, who answered all questions I had regarding my concerns (the matters are a little personal for a public review).
I walked into the building without any information and left the building with all questions answered and a clear way forward. Barbie also promised to help more in the future if I needed it.
