I absolutely love Studio Pilates. The classes are challenging yet fun, and the instructors do a great job of keeping you motivated while ensuring proper form. The studio is clean, welcoming, and the workouts are incredibly effective. I always leave feeling stronger and more energized. It’s quickly become one of my favorite ways to move and reset both physically and mentally!
This is the first type workout that I have enjoyed doing in a long time. I look forward to each class and seeing how much I can push myself to be better and become stronger. Pilates isn't easy but it is very effective. So glad I decided to try it.
Have to say I have became obsessed with Pilates! All instructors are so supportive, helpful and fun. I had wanted to try it for the longest time, finally got the push into it and now I wish I had started much sooner. I look forward to and enjoy every class!
