I was nervous about the appointment being awkward but Kareena’s genuine and friendly personality made me feel so comfortable. She walked me through every step of my appointment and she recommended specific after-care products for me based on my skin type. She isn’t one of those salespeople who just tries to make a dollar off you, she genuinely cares about your skin health and wants to make sure you have the right products and that you know how to use them. The front desk staff was also wonderful and made me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in. “First, I love that European Wax Center uses hard wax which is so much better than soft wax.
Dianne has decades of experience and knowledge about her craft, and is highly skilled at waxing anything on your body. But for me, the big thing is that she's also phenomenal at shaping brows. My eyebrows are a challenge, and since they frame the face, having someone who can make them look their best is key. I'll definitely be back to see Dianne on repeat!!! ?“
