“FINALLY WE GOT THIS RESOLVED..... THANKS!NOT HAPPY!!!! 13 weeks STILL NO HARDWOOD.Tried Calling every day Last week and NO ONE ANSWERS the phone.I have placed a very nice size order with Prodigy Hardwood Interiors...... I was told it would take 4 weeks to get the order through production and shipped out. Prodigy did not communicate with her. I have been waiting 13 weeks now and still NO Wood. The owner has made numerous excuses to me on how and why they have been delayed. I usually have to call them 5-10 times before I ever gets anyone. I have sent numerous emails to them. 2 weeks AGO Kevin, the owner, expressed that the wood was finally getting ready to be finished at the finishing plant. Then on Friday, his partner, Chris called and asked to run the credit card through for the balance of $******.00. Upon, running that through He would personally line up with South Eastern Freight lines for the pick up and delivery of the wood. As of today, I cannot get anyone at the office on the phone....at 12:32 pm today, I finally got an email from Kevin the owner, that says, that the Hardwood has not even started being finished yet. He also stated that He is handling a personal family health matter. He stated that they still working on the order to give the utmost best finished product. I am very concerned!!!!!“

“Conners just finished their second project with us to replace all flooring in basement. The first portion was completed then the big storm hit that created water entering the basement. Due to delays with insurance estimator and contractor to determine leak and damage, Conners was held up another month beyond expected completion. They kept in contact and as soon as we were given the ok to continue they were there to finish within a week. On time, neat, no surprises and all the employees are great. “Metro Flooring Company from start to finish has been nothing but TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONALS. Both Jason and Gerald worked with the budget I had for flooring needs. Metro Flooring company has great flooring options when it comes to flooring (carpet, vinyl etc.) Both big box stores Home Depot and Lowe's selection don't come close. Both of these guys are honest and care about the needs of the customers. Gerald was PROMPT for the initial quoting of my mom's home and that speaks volume since I came in from Indianapolis to have work done on her home The big box stores have 4-hour windows and others just don't show up. Jason returned and answered all calls and text immediately or as soon as possible when i questions or needed clarity on the items and even presented other options for me to see or review (they have onsite flooring and carpeting you can view and touch). I'm TOTALLY pleased with the work and the work ethics of this company.
