Before I begin, I'd like to thank Moshe for all of the time, effort, graciousness and true dedication he had for my daughter. My daughter had big dreams about attending a service academy (either the United States Air Force Academy or the United States Naval Academy). With that said, the requirements for acceptance into those academies is daunting. One of the weak points identified in my daughter was her ACT score.
