We had a limb fall off a tree during ice storm 2025 we called other electricians who NEVER came out THEN someone at warmer center gave us Austin’s phone number he called us right back and was out to look at the job within 2 hours and by that afternoon he completed the work he was a complete blessing to us in a time of need he was fast and show small town pride by helping out during emergency . Couldn’t ask for better or faster service

Austin at Phelps Electric is an outstanding example of what customer service is all about. I've had issues with my mother's Generac and Austin always have helped or solved my problems in person or over the phone. He's my go to Master Electrician go to.!

Austin Phelps has just installed a whole home generator for us...he had two of his electricians Alex McAlister and "Big" Austin Litchfield, plus two gas line guys that all worked their tails off, and made it look easy. And hour after they left, the power went off in the whole area, the generator kicked on and did what they said it would. An hour with no local power, but the Generac just tooling along made my day! I was most impressed with watching the boss, Austin Phelps, out in the heat, working his butt off as well. I wish everyone could work for someone that did that along side of of his employees. If I could, I would make a Generac commercial... read full review
