    These guys are way better than AEP, notice I said AEP and not AP me the legend with the front, at least these guys don’t sit in the truck on their asses all day with their front out like I do!!

    I placed a call to Elliott HVAC, when my house reached 92 degrees. A service Tech responded, let me know my unit needed to de-ice, he would attend to another call & return promptly, & he did! He was quiet, confident, explained & answered all my questions, and never once complained of working in 90 + degree heat. You don’t get hard working people like this service tech, Shannon Darnell is above excellent, Elliott Companies should feel proud to have this individual represent your company!

    I called and for ac service on July 30, 2022. A gentleman came out that day and inspected the unit and determined the compressor was out. I was told that his boss would call me the next day with an estimate for a new compressor and a new unit, as the one we have was older. I was charged $135.00 for this call. Well then, the flooding started in the area, so I did not get a call the next day and I did not expect one. I waited 2-3 weeks and called them back to get my quote. I was told that the person I needed to speak with was out of the office, so I left my name, my number, the order number from my receipt, and why I was calling. I received no call back. I called again the following week with the same results. This went on for several more weeks with multiple calls. I was told maybe to call earlier in the morning before the person left. This did not work either. I gave up on them and had someone else replace my unit. I have still never received a call back as of 10/26/2022 and feel I just wasted $135.00 to be told my compressor was out.Service: A/C services

    Called Elliott HVAC service at 1:15 pm tech was at our house by 3:15 pm then replaced motor, pump, etc heat was back on before 5:00 pm. Reasonable pricing with A+ service could not of been more impressed. Very much appreciated

    The emergency response staff were fantastic. Arrived in less than an hour after I called to resolve our heating issue. The technician explained the issue they found and how they resolved it.

    They have been great, helping us with our heat pump problems, that we have been dealing with a while, finally getting them fixed instead of patched from others that just couldn’t fix them.

    Chase (our service technician) was very pleasant. Elliot's was prompt in scheduling our service need. The technician phoned, giving me the expected time of arrival, on the day of service.

    Hired this company to put in a new HVAC system. Didn't do walk through at the completion of the job. They led me to believe they were going to fix a host of issues due to poor installation, but as soon as they received final payment, there was zero assistance. I've got major issues with the installation that were never resolved.

    I just had a $28,300 Trane system installed. Numerous quality related issues never got addressed Manager admitted his employee took $100 in new air filters from my grills after first denying it. New de-humidifer they installed didn't adequately dehumidify my living pace. When I told the manager it wasn't working, he responded that they had lost money with the install. Contract price was exceeded by three hundred dollars. So discouraging beyond words! Phillip refused to help me with my de-humidifier not working adequately. Tim the electrician did a great job! But the rest of the company failed miserably! I notified the president Dick who never responded to my email and phone calls. Even if it was Corona visus related, he could have has someone reply on his behalf. After full payment, still no paid-in-full receipt or warranty information despite repeated requests! Air handler panels are not aligning. One air handler is damaged with a crack. Scratches all over the other one. Trim to attic access not put back. Sloppy duck work . Electrical wiring had to be redone by an electrician. It's a sad story! Phillip the manager has been very disrespectful when I confront him on any of the issues. He always says, "We lost money on you.!"
