I was apprehensive about spending money on a new guitar. I brough my old cheap guitar in for them to fix. The dude Thsts sells the guitars was helpful and he helped me pick out a fine instrument that fits my needs as a beginner. We also already found my next guitar once I learn how to tear it up. Happy coincidence my youngest loved the guitar I purchased today thst he is now wanting to learn and has had that guitar in his hands since I bought it. So I guess today I bought my son a guitar
Great experience. Discussed a guitar purchase over the phone. Got a really fair price on the instrument and they shipped it quickly and carefully. Would use them any time! I even had a special request about shipping and thought, for sure they, would forget about it: they did not.
