I've been going there for years an my 2 daughters. Sandie is one of the best at color an hair cuts an styling hair an waxing an so many other things. In my 30s my hair was thicker an long an I always left with her doing the most amazing blonde color but now that I'm almost 50 my hairs thin an she still has the talent an understanding of hair an she still makes my hair look beautiful just like when I was 30. All the lady's in the hair factory are amazing. My mom use to get her hair done there. Alot of people I know gets all there hair done there an it's always great. Love this place great staff clean friendly. I'll never go anywhere else.Services: Makeup services

This was the absolute most rude person I've spoken to in pikeville...she does the hair extensions at hair factory...unprofessional hung up on me she doesn't need to deal with the public
