Great neighborhood gym, all the equipment you need for a good workout. Friendly management. Bathroom even has a shower, unusual for a smaller gym. I’m visiting from out of town, this place came in handy offering weekly access !
Crystal Frazier is amazing . She’s friendly and great for any advice or questions you have. It’s a great atmosphere for any level. She’s definitely helped the gym be a better place to workout.
I attend zumba classes here through shake senorita. The workout room is very nice but is kind of small. The gym itself is spectacular. The machines are always in working order and are always clean. Each locker room has a sauna. Oh, and there is a water massage bed too, y'all! I love it.
