This place honestly showed me what true customer service is.. They were fast to answer the phone.. ask the right questions and even make sure I had a reference number so when I went into the store I was already ready to be taken care of.. they even took the time to explain to me in detail what I had to do to get the job at my residence done. Honestly one of the best stores I have been in a long time. I am BLOWN away with how kind they treated me.

With our newly purchased home, our realtor recommended we get it professionally cleaned to ensure it feels like our own. We gave Elizabeth a call and she came by the next day to walk the house and get us a quote that day. Then we scheduled for her team to come by and they did a phenomenal job. If you are looking for a one time deep clean or for monthly visits, I would definitely suggest giving them a call. I couldn’t be happier.
We ordered quartz for our basement bar and could not have been happier with the entire process. The patient and friendly staff helped us find the perfect quartz, they came to our home to get an accurate measurement, and the installers were fabulous. Top notch service from top to bottom! Besides providing great service, their prices were the best we found in the tri-state area!
We have been clients of PHAH with our boxer, Fritz, for several years now.
All in all very happy with how they take care of him.
One negative, though :
They do not leave any space in their scheduling for emergencies..It happened several times already, that I needed someone to see Fritz for emergencies, and they could not accommodate us. Granted, these were not life threatening emergencies, but required immediate attention nevertheless..
What good is the best vet, if you can't see him when you need it most ?
