Manager James went above and beyond to help me with my car and explain the issues my car was having. He broke things down so they were easy to understand. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I was out in a short time. Lucky to have them in Paris!

I arrived shortly after open and I was in and out in no time. The employees were very courteous and friendly. I was offered extra services but they weren't pushy trying to get me to buy them. Paris location is a great store!and

I was helped by manager James and co workers Jesse Lenny and david, All of which were terrific. They looked at more than just the job and made suggestions and were very helpful. I appreciated how empathetic they were. They were transparent about the work and prices, did not rush, did not overcharge or make things sound more serious than they were and were very personable. I appreciated hearing about their own vehicles and how they managed the services on them as well as their opinions on new vehicles and common issues
