we dropped millie and chloe off on thursday around 2 to be boarded for the weekend while we were gone. i told them i’d be back monday at the latest to get them. i had tried to call to check on them throughout the trip and no one would answer. i tried to call monday morning before we left to let them know i was coming, no answer. me and isaac show up on monday right at 11 to pick them up, there is not a single soul in the parking lot and there’s still no one answering the phone. isaac got out and beat on the doors and still nothing. we waited over 2 hours for someone to come let us get our dogs and had called repeatedly, i even called the johnson county sheriffs department and they basically told me they couldn’t do anything about it and to keep trying to call and get ahold of them. i added the owner on facebook and tried to text and call her there but there was no response.
i tried to keep my cool and play it off as the weather maybe they were flooded in. NO, THE OWNER LITERALLY LIVES IN THE UPSTAIRS PORTION OF THIS BUILDING.
they were supposed to be bathed while they were there and they didn’t get bathed, the food i sent them with was still almost full, and they stink to high heavens. i had sent chloe with her lamb and millie with her tennis ball and chloe’s lamb was SOAKED in pee.
susie coleman, the owner, wouldn’t even show her face when we got there because she knew what was coming. i paid $218 for them to be neglected and not taken care of at all. i could’ve just took my chances and left them home FOR FREE. these dogs are equivalent to children for me, i don’t play around with my babies.

Ladies are very friendly and helpful. They know exactly what needs to be done to maintain a healthy cut on a dog. Between skincare advice, recommended cut, and maintenance information, they know what to do to keep your pooch looking its best. Prices are very reasonable. I told them to take artistic freedom when grooming my 12 year old dog, and she came out looking fantastic.

Excellent service and very reasonable priced. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick with the perfect local touches. They know our dogs by name and the puppies never seem to mind going. Only down side is with larger dogs (meaning 100 pound and up) they may have trouble getting them into their tub, good to ask first.

Do not recommend! I dropped my dog off on a Thursday afternoon and on Sunday I received a phone call telling me that they can not get him out of the kennel. I called my mom and she went out there and was able to get him out. She even gave them her number in case he done it again. They never called her the rest of the week that he was there. When I picked him up Saturday which is 6 days after she had to go out to him, I was told by the women working that he was still not wanting to get out of the kennel. When we walked to the back where the kennel is, the male worker had my dog out of the kennel in the back yard. I loaded his stuff and left. His dog bed has stains on it with a strong pee smell and the bed was dry to the touch.I understand dogs get nervous and scared too but they could have at least made the phone call to my mom to come back out and washed his bed when he had the accident or accidents. Just leaving him in his kennel for days not getting out is unacceptable. Waiting for a days with out contacting me is unacceptable. This is the second time he stayed there and as far as I know this did not happen the first time.

Worst experience . We will never be back . My dog was not taken care of properly on top of picking him up he was covered in pee and poop but told me they was to busy to clean him up. Was told to get daily updates got one while we was gone and had to keep messaging them to ask how he was cause that was the only update I’d get . I sent enough food for him for the days we was gone just about every bit was sent back when picked up. On top of them not bein very polite it was a horrible experience and Will never be back !!!!
