All About The Nails

Just from my experience today, I called at 6 to see if they were still taking people, as I know they usually close at 7, I was told to come in at 7 they were staying open later since they were leaving for vacation the next day. They stayed until 10pm to finish mine and others nails. They were extremely friendly and done wonderful on my nails. This wasn’t my first experience with them as I’ve been going there for the last year - year and a half getting pedicures and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for one!

Pretty rude experience. They took so long due to the fact they place you with several different workers. I don’t think they can keep up. The guy who filed my nails cut me. The polish chipped day 2. And the heart design was very bad.

I paid $97 to get my foot cut by the pumice stone and my finger cut because the tech took off too much skin with the rotary tool and blamed it on me. Overall, the experience was average. I came here because my coworker raves about this place. I did like that they did my manicure and pedicure at the same time. However, when I said I wanted to pay $50 for a more deluxe pedicure, the tech rolled his eyes and body in annoyance. The gel pedicure was disappointing beyond the cut because I paid full price for a foot wax when it could only be done on one foot after my other foot was bleeding. Also, my toe nails were cut askew rather than straight. My dipped fingernails were okay, but there is extra product leftover on multiple nails and a couple cuticles are sore from where the tech tried to take off too much skin. The cost is too much of a premium for me to come home and have to work on the nails myself.
