Donna Bell is an artist! DB is delightful and is a good soul. I can go in to see her and have a heavy heart and by the time I leave, my spirit is lifted. Her shop is adorable. She keeps it immaculately clean. Donna is a perfectionist. Her shop feels more like a welcoming home, reminds me of the salon in the film Steele Magnolias. <3 <3 <3Services: Manicures
