We have trusted LOAC with all our pets. When our dog Ozzy was diagnosed with cancer they were so honest and upfront about everything. The vet, Dr. Rodgers, would even call and check on him. When it was time we took him back and the process was so calm. Afterwards we received a card signed from the whole staff and they made a paw print that was sent with his ashes. It was very kind and has made us a customer for life. We now take out cats there too.

Traveling with our 16-year old cairn, we stopped at a rest area and it became immediately obvious that his time had come. Lone Oak was near by and willing to take him without an appointment. They were compassionate and professional. Assured us we were correct in our assessment to euthanize him. Overall fabulous in a very difficult situation.

It started out as moving into our new home from out of state. Our PitBull Nanook began limping ,, We had no one to ask, we reached out to sellers of our home, they pointed us in lone oaks direction. where the outcome is not what any fur baby parent wants to hear, Lone Oak has been more than kind and helpful in more ways than I can list, we have very little time left with nanook, but we have time and will make it quality !!!!
