We have trusted LOAC with all our pets. When our dog Ozzy was diagnosed with cancer they were so honest and upfront about everything. The vet, Dr. Rodgers, would even call and check on him. When it was time we took him back and the process was so calm. Afterwards we received a card signed from the whole staff and they made a paw print that was sent with his ashes. It was very kind and has made us a customer for life. We now take out cats there too.

Do not take your puppies here to get vaccinated! We have used this clinic for big dogs in the past but we took our poodle puppy to get vaccinations a few months back and afterwards we paid for the services and left. By the time we got home the puppy appeared to be dying. We immediately called the clinic and they said to bring her back in. We hurried back up there and they gave it another shot to obviously reverse whatever they had already given her. The lady told us she would make notes in her records and sent us home. About a month later we received a bill for the after hours returned visit because of their mistake. My wife called the clinic and was told Mitzi would call her back to discuss this bill. We never received a call back but we did receive another letter in the mail from the collection agency yesterday. We called the office and of course Mitzi wasn't available. Great place to do business with right! I am posting this info because we have still never received any call backs and obviously never will.

Traveling with our 16-year old cairn, we stopped at a rest area and it became immediately obvious that his time had come. Lone Oak was near by and willing to take him without an appointment. They were compassionate and professional. Assured us we were correct in our assessment to euthanize him. Overall fabulous in a very difficult situation.

It started out as moving into our new home from out of state. Our PitBull Nanook began limping ,, We had no one to ask, we reached out to sellers of our home, they pointed us in lone oaks direction. where the outcome is not what any fur baby parent wants to hear, Lone Oak has been more than kind and helpful in more ways than I can list, we have very little time left with nanook, but we have time and will make it quality !!!! Thank you lone oak, for online pharmacy and your amazing staff. You will have clients and referrals from us to one and all. Thank you

I took my cat to the clinic as a walk in after I discovered that she lost weight, and had physical injuries upon my return from a trip. The staff there were professional, courteous, and quickly discovered the problems. The estimated charges were explained to me along with options up front. No surprises. Reasonable charges. I highly recommend this clinic!
