They had my air conditioning unit up and running in no time, which was a huge relief since I run a beauty shop. Their prompt service ensured my clients stayed comfortable. I highly recommend ICI Mechanical. My A/C went out yesterday. I called and left a message, and 2 different techs called to ask me about it, and to arrange to come check it out. First thing this morning, Mr. Ingram called and was here around 8 AM. He fixed the A/C, and Kona (my dog) and I are once again cool! Thank you so much ICI!

These guys are the only people I will ever call again for any of the services they offer. Here’s what happened…We called multiple plumbing places when MEWS told us we had unusual water usage (about 2000 gallons per day). One said they were out of town, and his other guys were backed up until most of the week. We called a few more, nothing panned out, then we got one willing to come out and investigate. They dug a hole, and found where it was leaking, but then said they couldn’t do the job today, that they would call us later that week or next week. ?? We waited til the next week, my hubby called and the lady said she’d have the guys call him right back. He didn’t.... read full review
