They make the effort to figure out the issue and fix it. Excellent problem solvers. Twice they’ve been able to fix our system when another company told us the only solution was to buy a completely new one. Jayden in particular is a miracle worker in figuring out and fixing problems! We’re very grateful for them.
While we were on vacation out West our a/c went out, luckily our oldest was home. My husband called Fiers owner, Ira Hancock, Monday morning. Owen Hancock came by Monday, then called to tell us we needed a new compressor. They did a rush order bc they knew we’d be back home Thursday night. Landon & Owen Hancock put in the new compressor on Wednesday (wow!) and called us as we were coming through South Dakota. We were so happy that we were already up and running again! The service, the friendliness, the promptness & the dependability of Fiers is the BEST! We will always recommend this brand and this family run business.
I am a customer of Fiers and unfortunately my
A/C went down at bedtime. I called the on duty tech, Jaden, and he immediately responded. He actually worked me in the very next morning and I was so grateful. GREAT JOB JADEN!!!!!!!
