very friendly environment but I paid a pretty good amount for acrylics and second day I have them air bubbles are coming up through the gel and seems like bad quality gel that they use

Wonderful job on my manicure. I would love to see a more welcoming environment. It was my first visit, and maybe it is a difference in culture, but it felt abrupt. Although I could see by the interaction of the customer next to me that they can be quite friendly (obviously a regular customer) as they were discussing their children, showing photos, etc.I have zero complaints about the work done, but would have enjoyed a bit more interaction.They PREFER cash so just a heads up on that. Overall for the service & final product, it was a good visit.

Today was the first time I have ever tried Anna’s, I needed a fill and after trying both queen nails, Hollywood nails, when I first moved here. Wasn’t happy and started going to luv nails in Benton they do a good job. But closed til March 6th. I looked at so many places online and compared pictures. Anna’s had great pics. But they kept talking about atmosphere so I wasn’t sure. I set an appointment for 2:30 but then called to see if I could come early I was in the area and it’s a Saturday most salons are packed, they weren’t.
