Advanced Thermal Concepts is an amazing company with amazing people who go out of their way to provide solutions. The administration personnel provide outstanding service in scheduling and answering questions. Teddy was systematic, professional, and knowledgeable during a service call on an older geothermal unit. JR helped with installation during a home build, and the company remains reliable for annual service and a great filter subscription. A wonderful kind man went above and beyond to walk a customer through steps for a punctured line, reassuring them. The team is always respectful, reliable, and takes pride in their work, arriving on time. Highly recommended for heating and air needs.

Outstanding service from the administration personnel who assisted in scheduling and answering several questions to Teddy during his service call to our house. We have a wee bit older geothermal unit and Teddy was systematic in his troubleshooting approach. Professional and knowledgeable to say the least. I’ll definitely be using this company again for our heating & air needs!!
