I called earlier today (Saturday) around 9 or 10 a.m. I got a quote for getting my septic tank pumped out. The guy I talked to said to give it a few hours, because of all the rain we've had. I called back this afternoon and left a voicemail. I didn't get a callback so I called this evening and talked to the owner. He didn't want to send a truck from Reidland to my house outside of Wickliffe on 286. Needless to say, if you don't live around Paducah, don't bother giving this place a call. Also the owner was rather rude to me about the whole ordeal. I guess that the owner doesn't want to make money for his business.

Very unprofessional and not punctual. He cleaned the kitchen drain. I had him look at my sewer and we both discovered it was stopped up. He didn't have enough line with him so he came back the next day with, he said, more line. He worked a few minutes and said it was unclogged. It was baby wipes stopping up the sewer. I have never had a baby wipe in this house. I had to hire another sewer company and pay them to do what he was supposed to do. My sewer wasn't even close to being unstopped. His unprofessionalism was astounding. I know about his personal life, very personal, his children, his finances and his business dealings. Most of these things I have found out weren't true. PLEASE save yourself time and money and DO NOT USE this man.

I hired this man to unstop my kitchen sink and to clean out my sewer line. He is very unprofessional and he did NOT do the job. I told him I didn't think the sewer was cleaned out and he assured me it needed time to settle. I had to hire another company to clean out my sewer. Aside from the job not being done, he is extremely unprofessional. He told me very personal things, he talks about his finances, his marriages, in detail, said he was a Green Beret in Viet Nam for two tours and he neither thing was true. And, he hinted three times that what I was cooking sure smelled like something he could eat. I would not recommend him for any job. He is not a professional and he does NOT do the job.
