Had a preventive service on my unit done, and Clay the technician found a few parts that were beginning to fail, then he replaced them and explaind the whole process, I'll definitely recommend them to anyone!

I need to correct a false impression judging from the comment by Patrick below. New Seasons is first rate in my opinion; as good as the best; can't imagine better service and value. If ya got a problem call now!About as good as it gets at a very reasonable price. My electric bill has gone down $30.00 for 12 20 compared to 12 19. Much quieter that the old system with better air flow. Well worth it in terms of comfort and energy savings. Not only satisfied but impressed really, with the value received.
