Tien Le does an exceptional job and really is the best in Owensboro. I couldn’t be happier with his meticulousness with acrylics and fill-ins. The first time I went to him was for a full acrylic set and my nails looked even better than the inspiration pic I showed him.I have had pedicures with Ben and Tien (another younger, female, nail tech by the same name) and they both are equally meticulous and considerate.If I could give more stars I would!Tips: Do take cash or pay through PayPal / Venmo.
