Jerry and his son are always a pleasure to speak with and they are the only place that has had my business for my music needs for over the past 5 years. Jerry helped me with my Fender tube amp in a timely and professionally manner...and took the time to answer and advise me with my questions while helping multiple customers at the same time. He has a lot of good stuff, including gear to build/upgrade your own guitar/bass. Loads of good stuff at surprising prices. I already have a list of gear I will be going back for! From my perspective he went over and above with his "customer service" when dealing with me while he was so busy. Dennis W
