If a mistake is made in their end, they will make no attemp at making it right. Told us a blower motor was $250. We quoted the customer the repair. Customer approved the repair. Told them to order the blower motor. When we went to pick up the motor to perform the repair, now it all of a sudden the motor is $700. Unacceptable business practices.
