Swat Pest gets the job done! They are always on time - occasionally a little early but they call first which I love! Their techs are super professional and friendly. I keep a quarterly schedule which helps through all seasons. If the ants make their way into the pantry in between services, you can call and they will come out and treat them at no charge.
