They responded quickly to my call and gave me a free termite inspection. They were very cordial and professional in their behavior. The reason for four stars is that their quote for treatment was twice that of a local competitor. I understand different companies provide different qualities of service, but twice the cost of a competitor seems excessive.

A very professional outfit, which can be hard to find. They actually returned my call and had no hesitation about servicing Henderson County. The initial consultation was informative and not pushy at all—they explained the treatment options clearly. Their prices are very competitive. 5 stars for B&B! We had termite and ant concerns and they came out and treated our house quickly and gave us a free quote. Even better- their prices were cheaper than other local companies. Our ant problem was completely resolved within 1-2 weeks! Always happy to hire a locally owned business. Recommending this company to everybody in the Owensboro area!
