I had a bad experience at a different nail place in town, and has been referred to Pro Nails by a friend. Julie was absolutely amazing! She carefully removed what was left of the other salons mess up without hurting my nail beds, was careful when applying my new nails, first nail tech I think I’ve ever had that actually knew what she was doing, shaped my nails exactly how I wanted, and had the most pleasant personality during the whole time. The whole place had a very welcoming atmosphere. I paid less for exactly what I wanted and the removal of my old nails than what I did at the other place for messed up nails. Heidi was great with my pedicure. She massaged for a while and it felt so nice. My pedi was $34 BEFORE tip and there is a $2 card fee which is a little ridiculous but overall my toes look great and I feel good. The only reason I am giving a four-star review is because the place could use some organization and a facelift. For $34 I think that it should be a little bit more spa like inside. Just a very small complaint though. I am from out of town, but needed a little pick me up while I’m here for work!
