Elegant Nails is known for its excellent work and great, skilled, and sweet staff. Customers love the results, like ombre and dip nails, and feel loyal to the place. The salon is very busy, which is a sign of its quality, but this can sometimes lead to long waiting times before sitting down. While most services are done very well, there have been occasional issues like sore cuticles. Overall, it is a place where the staff is knowledgeable and provides awesome service.
Lovely Locally owned nail salon. Walked in for Pedi after getting a recommendation from my sister who comes here. The atmosphere is welcoming & relaxing while the staff is very friendly yet professional. The store is neatly organized & clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find them relatively busy for mid day on a Tuesday with all of the staff 7 or 8 busy taking care of customers. I did not have an appointment but they were able to accommodate me after a very short wait, during which time I was able to browse their large selection of available polishes to select the one I wanted. Great staff , very skilled and I love my ombre nails. They are busy because they are good. Shouldn't fault a company for having too many customers. That's a good sign they do excellent work. Yeah Yen!!!!
I love this place I feel like if I were to go to another nail salon I would be cheating on them lol so I stick to this place there so sweet I love Mrs. Yen and Ann I don’t like when I make my appointments I’m waiting super long but other than that I love this place
