While they have a rigid "mask policy" for patients, the staff were talking without masks, or wearing their masks improperly. Even though I had a note, from my GP stating I was unable to wear a mask for medical reasons, (COPD and past heart attack) they refused to see me as a patient.

I see a neurologist there and I really like him I like the way they treat their patients and how easy it is getting in to see someone

Great doctors. However, very poorly ran office. Appointment scheduled for months for my husband to get holter monitor for tests. Arrived 15 minutes early, in waiting room an hour and 15 minutes. Was told “she is with a patient.” After seeing waiting room full then empty twice and still not called back, he decided to leave. Disrupted half a day, including travel time. With COVID, who want to sit in Immediate Care waiting room for over a hour?

I went to convenient care for a Covid test because my wife's coworker tested positive. I was very rudely turned away by a visibly cranky nurse practitioner who wouldn't even give me an explanation as to why I was being turned away. Simply "you dont need one."A polite, "this is not necessary for you at this time" would have sufficed.

Dr Vora is the crappiest Dr I have ever dealt with! Orders unnecessary tests, stacks patients on top of each other and makes you wait around 4 hours to be seen. He owns way too many things in Owensboro and treats his patients like cattle!!!!! Horrible Dr!!!!
