I have been to many gyms in my years and this is absolutely the best place. There is something to accommodate every situation you may have need of, from equipment to aerobics to swimming to even Tai Chi classes. There are also towels and wet wipes in the equipment area to use. There are coaches that will help assess you and answer questions in the gym. The locker room has a whirlpool, steam room, showers and heated towels; blow dryers. There is something for every need you could think of here and the staff is super friendly. You can even purchase water and protein drinks, or healthy snacks in their mini cafeteria! I would give ten stars if that was an option.
The facility is very clean, stocked with a wide range of equipment, and staffed with very knowledgeable friendly staff. Getting the required appointment for a health assessment in order to join took a ridiculous 3 months and 3 appointments once I FINALLY spoke to one of the on staff Dr's I am seeing who personally made it happen after making multiple phone calls trying to make this happen. I have had a membership to a similar healthpark at a hospital in Ohio \\u0026 different gyms over the years and the onboarding membership process was done immediately with 1 visit.. I have NO idea why this was so difficult. There are classes, an indoor walking / running track, basketball court, pool, and I'm sure other things I was not shown during my orientation which was somewhat limited in my introduction as I was not given a proper tour or explanation of the facility. My membership was due to a prescription from one of my Dr's for the Exercise as Medicine and has a requirement of a minimum of 3 visits per week which I now have not been able to complete due to a change in my work schedule and their operating hours so I will sadly not be going back... after all the hassel it took me to get the membership in the first place. Smh
I'm on the \\\"exercise for medicine\\\" program. The staff is very helpful and this is a perfect way to start a habit you'll do for the rest of your life! I've never felt more alive!!!
