It was my first visit to Hotworx. I used a free session I found on Facebook. The staff was very informative and friendly.I used two sessions and really enjoyed it.The workouts were great not to mention the heat. I joined right after my workouts.

Not only is the staff amazing, the workouts are incredible! Two months in and I’m slimmer and more toned than I have been in years! Whether you are a beginner, novice, or a pro; there is a plan for you!

I’m loving the way the workouts make me feel so far. I’m way out of shape, but the workouts are doable with some modification for beginners like me. Also, the staff is very helpful, friendly and supportive.
