I have been looking and looking and looking for over a year now, not only for a nail salon but a hairdresser too! Well I found the perfect combo in one person. Marsha at Cookie Cutter Hair Salon here in Owensboro Ky on Frederica St. She is great. The shop is adorable too! I went there for a set of nails and ended up getting an awesome haircut too. I will surely keep going back. They do all sorts of personal services, waxing, pedicures, and they even sell clothing and jewelery. Cookie's has been there a long time and is well established. Just wanted everyone in town to know that this great place exists!
