I called them this morning, because my furnace was not working. I spoke with Meredith. She let me know, they would be out this afternoon. She called me back, in a couple hours letting me know they were on the way. Clint came here, to save my day. He went to where my furnace was and found the problem. He had my heat working in no time. I appreciate Meredith and Clint for helping me.

I have found all the employees with Comfort Design to be courteous and professional. I have been using them for over 3 years and I have found them to be honest and fair. I appreciate their excellent service. I had water around my furnace and I had them check it out. Ice had built up inside my line that carries condensation to the outside. He thawed the ice and everything is great. Thanks for helping me out.
