The transmission cooling lines were leaking. we took our Explorer in. I also mentioned that the shifting (range) sensor needed to be adjusted since the car wouldn't start or shift while in reverse part of the time. They replaced the rad instead of replacing o-rings, then ignored the range sensor issue. Don't bring your car there.

Our F450 truck broke down just 2 miles from this dealership on a Sunday. We knew it was a simple repair as it was obvious once we located the blown hose. We had it towed there, we live in Evansville which is only an hour away. A friend came and picked us up. We called on Monday to see when they could get this simple repair done so we could return and pick it up. They were so rude. They said we can't look at it for a month. Yes, a month. They made no effort to help us. I realize we did not buy the truck there as they don't keep King Ranch 450's on the lot. We will never consider making a purchase from them in the future!

Sold me a $13,000 car with multiple expensive problems. Only giving them 2 stars because the day after I bought the car the engine light came on and they paid to have to looked at and fixed at don moore. Leon was super kind to me throughout the process of buying the car and helping me get the first issue fixed without too big of a hassle. Unfortunately, barely over a month of purchasing the car and now the car has more problems and drives horribly. Just took it to get looked at today and was told the alternator was bad. Judging by the responses Champion leaves on other bad reviews they probably won't own up to ripping off a 21 year old.
