We have been with CPM going on 6 years now. Lisha is always there for us when we need her. She’s very understandable, family, and pet oriented. You don’t come across people like Lisha in the rental industry. I feel blessed that she’s had our back all of these years. Thank you Lisha!
My 73 year old father has been there for 10 months and he received a letter stating they will not be renewing his lease due to them taking back the unit and he will have to vacate. There was no offer of another apartment, no help at all and when I asked about the legality of the situation I was told to get out the lease and read it in a rude manner. This company is shady and I don't recommend renting from them!
Was told they won’t take anyone with a prior misdemeanor conviction unless it’s a DUI. In my opinion a DUI is worse than many other crimes. Anywhere else will only turn down felons. I rented from them in the past and they were a lot better than it seems. This company blows, and definitely has ignorant priorities when it comes to their background checks. Drink and drive folks, don’t worry Century will rent to you. Ridiculous.
