A&C properties is a great place to rent from and are very reasonable priced. They keep their apartments up to date and free of care from mantience issues. They are very kind, friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to rent to rent from A&C properties.

The 2 story apartments here are a complete nightmare. Your every breath is heard from the neighbors downstairs. I have been constantly harassed with threats on my life from some crazy family that I’ve never even met before. Managment does not care and will not help you because the people have lived here for so long. It’s a true nightmare. Do not move here if you value your life!!!

A&C Property Rentals is and outstanding organisation's to rent an apartment from. The speed with which they respond to issues(the very very few that there are) is almost instant withing their ability. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience in my 4 years living in an A&C apartment. I highly recommend renting from them. Stacy is a great landlady and her receptionist Tara is an angel. 10/10 do reccomend.

Just believe me when I say dont buck up to these girls because they are hateful, vengeful and with no sense of humanity. Maybe they're just not old enough yet, or something. Thankfully, I believe in karma and not vengeance.

Do NOT rent from this lady. Stacy Brown. I am still currently living at an apartment she leased to me last year on Cokesbury Ct. For the first, 6 months everything was alright, THEN it started happenin. Insects! And more specifically: BED BUGS!FIRST, I wanted to say I actually have PROFESSIONAL, Pest Control & Exterminating Experience. My Family served the Owensboro area for decades under the Professional, Pest Control Company's name: "Nationwide Exterminating." So from an early, early age, working WITH my family ON THE JOBS, I know WITHOUT QUESTION;How a PROFESSIONAL (Key word) Pest Control, Service Man is SUPPOSE to treat your residence and EXACTLY what they're suppose to do. And the Company servicing her Property's are SWAT. And they come to "service" roughly every 3 months.Furthermore the whole year I've lived here I've watched these guys.When they come into MY...apartment, in particularly, they come in the door; they walk straight to my kitchen and spray a strip of pesticide along the side of my stove, they spray a little strip in front of my sink; they walk into my kitchen closet and spray a strip along ONE WALL. Additionally, they walk into my restroom and spray a strip where my toilet is. That's it! They COMPLETELY circumnavigate the living room and my bedroom ALL TOGETHER.Allow me to EDUCATE!A PROFESSIONAL, Pest Control guy is SUPPOSE to treat the ENTIRE Parameter of your residence, and this includes ALL Baseboards and Trims.Again, the first 6 months or so I saw NOTHING. Additionally, I moved into this Apartment with NOTHING, but my clothes; furniture came later. I also removed the PREVIOUS Renters' belongings MYSELF, as part of the Expedient Circumstances of Signing the Lease and getting the Apartment. She gave it to me the day I went and inquired because I told her I needed something THAT DAY. I had about $3,000 CASH on me; I just left Saint Benedict's Homeless Shelter because that was when the Pandemic Issue started getting CRAZY and they were telling us that we couldn't even go to work anymore. So I took the money I accumulated from working at Packaging Unlimited for about 3 or 4 months, which I was not ready to leave Saint Benedict's because I had a goal set of $5,000 before I went to find me a place to live, but I had to do what I had to do. So she gave me the Apartment and I went through the Previous Renters' Belongings; discarded what I didn't need and couldn't use and examining real good and thoroughly those things I could keep and use, because AGAIN..I moved in their with NOTHING. No Furniture, only my clothes.So AGAIN, for the first 6 months or so; I saw NOTHING! And then Bed Bugs started to come in all over the place, from the baseboards of other peoples' apartments; from the air vents in the ceiling. And these things are BIG (I have pictures), which are indicators that these things have indeed been here for QUITE, some time, hosting on other people, because Bed Bugs are Blood Sucking, Parasites. The size of these things support that claim. And it is from MY OWN....PROFESSIONAL, Experience that this is NON-OTHER than the Result of LONG-TERM Neglect, when a job isn't getting done right.Retrospectively, I SHOULD have known somethin wasn't right, because RIGHT after I had affixed my signature on the lease, she tells me something funny:"I do NOT have Bed Bugs.". Hmmm, at the time I was just grateful to have a place, but yeah that was kind of Funny. UNDISPUTABLY! And moving on when I had informed Stacy of this Issue; she quickly gets on the defense, of course and rebuttals:That it was MY fault, more or less. The last few months I have spent, on this Apartment WAY MORE than what I agreed to when I moved into it combatting these things.She has Hostile Neighbors additionally who don't want to mind their own business and starts fights and has her "favorites." Ask her to show you a VALID, Practicing License. I have my suspicions.- ,;, ,;,
