“I could not be more pleased with the attention I received from Big Sandy. Jerry advised me on all the options available along with price options. They helped me understand the equipment and installation. I was provided a contract and all business was held in a professional way. Once deciding on what met my needs the equipment came within a day and the installation was the next day.
As for the installation, the installers were knowledgeable of the equipment, answered my questions and worked nonstop until completed, leaving no mess. It was as if they were never here. were respectful to me and my home. If an unexpected complication arose they addressed it before moving forward. They went beyond my expectations. Joe and Derek were amazing as is everyone from office staff to installers to owners. Everyone was hands on! Thank you!
