“Called one day and next day they were at our location looking over a 3 year old unit. Jason and crew found that the unit was experiencing a common problem with the specific system we had and quickly called the company to get the warranty covered. Which they confirmed what we already believed to be the compressor, which begin failing in December and another company told us it was all normal after being on site less then 10 mins.

Mike came back out the next week and installed a new compressor, valve, cleaned the unit and soldered all back together.

Mike even took the time to explain the issues they had with this and if the unit experienced again a compressor failure as to what we can do in terms of replacement.
