My mom has a warranty on her brand new air conditioner unit they put in and we have been trying and trying to get a hold of this company to come back out and get her air conditioner fixed and they are not doing it. They won’t answer the phone!! Very poor company service!!

0/10 would I recommend calling these guys to fix anything. I tried for 3 weeks just to get scheduled to look and see if anything could be done but never could get scheduled. I was always getting the run around when I could finally get someone to answer the phone and when I could just so happen to catch someone actually at the store right off 23. One week I was told I couldn’t be scheduled because the office manager said I had to talk to his dad and that he’d have him call me. (Why couldn’t the office manager schedule me?) Not honest people they are junk and do bad work and stuff
