After our AC went out we called Wilhoite and they were very courteous, professional and timely. We have used them before with the same great results. A lot of companies these days do not have the great customer service that we always receive from this company.

Our furnace stopped working during a severe cold spell. I called Willhoite Services. I spoke with Marlena who was very nowledgeable, professional and kind. After first trying to troubleshoot the problem over the phone she sent Kenny out to fix our problem. Kenny arrived within 20 minutes and fixed a complicated problem within an hour. We now have heat. I’d highly recommend them for any HVAC issues.

We have now utilized Willhoite Service Company twice for HVAC issues (2 different systems). They were great. They were incredibly fast, professional, knowledgeable and more than reasonably priced. Both times were situations where they could have said the problem was a much more expensive fix but were honest and efficient. For the one repair, we were under a time crunch and they came through like champs, even doing the initial visit on a Saturday. I would certainly trust them. We plan to keep working with them for any future HVAC needs.
