I have ordered Brazilian cherry hardwood floor from them. They were so helpful and knowledgeable from starting process to the end. Chris showed an outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. He made everything seamless and easy. I highly recommend Chris and his company without any reservations. From start to finish, absolutely the best professionalism and quality work on our kitchen back splash! Showroom associates Greg & Jeff were so helpful while we were trying to pick out what would have been an otherwise overwhelming task. So many options!! Jeff followed thru with great communication, patience and a friendly & obliging attitude. He was always readily available for our questions/concerns. The back splash installer, Michael, was topnotch! Not only was he meticulous, he was neat and tidy for a job that could've been so messy.
