I personally know Dr. Brumley, and I can confidently say she treats every pet she sees as if they were her own. She and the entire staff work so hard to ensure pets, and their owners, have a great experience while providing the best care possible. When I took my Maeve to be spayed last week, they were incredibly flexible. I got a flat tire on the way there and was going to be late, but they accommodated me without hesitation. Throughout the day, they kept me updated, which I really appreciated as a cat mom with a bit of separation anxiety! They let me know when Maeve’s surgery started and when it finished. During surgery, Maeve had a reaction to the medication. The team immediately stabilized her, monitored her heart, and called me to explain what had happened, what they did to help, and what the potential next steps might be. Their explanation was clear and easy to understand, which gave me peace of mind. After surgery, Maeve developed ulcers on her tongue and wasn’t eating or drinking. PetVet365 went above and beyond to help us. Over five days, I brought Maeve in three times for fluids, pain management, and food assistance. For me this is about a 40 minute drive, but is 100% worth it. Each time, I saw a different veterinarian, but every single one, especially the nurses and receptionists, treated Maeve like they had known her for years. There was one night where Maeve was not doing well at all, and Dr. Brumley told me to come to her house so she could check for a fever and give her fluids. Mind you, this was at 10 pm at night. I cannot recommend PetVet365 enough! Everyone and their pets deserve the level of care, compassion, and dedication we experienced. If you can visit their office, I 100% encourage you to make an appointment. PetVet365 holds a special place in my heart, and I can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done for me and Maeve. 🧡
I brought my girl Tooty in today for a sick visit , when my regular vet was booked. I was really impressed with the whole experience! From the really nice person that took my call, and got her scheduled, to the vet tech Crystal(not sure I’m spelling it correctly) and Dr.Pinkston was really outstanding. I was worried about my baby, but he examined her and made a suggestion about how to proceed. They gave her a shot to help with her nausea and vomiting and some pills to help her diarrhea. I’m hoping it’s just what she needed. I’m so thankful they took such great care of her. I will absolutely recommend Dr. Pinkston and staff! 10/10!!
