Contacted this company on recommendation from another provider. The initial phone call was strange, I explained we had a sudden situation in our front yard. He said, “Yeah I’ll come out sometime and give you an estimate.” I was not sure what that meant - would we schedule an appointment? Would he come out at his convenience then call? Should I call back? I even told my husband that I had no idea what the plan was.I happened to be coming home when he showed up the next week to do his estimate and he was at the wrong house and I came over to get his attention. I am so impressed with this company. The proof is in the pudding, as the old saying goes and my yard looks fantastic! It's noticeably greener and more lush than last year. All of the staff have been responsive and helpful. I never felt pressured or like I was being upsold on other products. I couldn't be happier!Service: Weed control
